INITIALIZATION

You provide us with your product requirements. Next, our team creates a first prototype. Together, we start the project in a kick-off meeting to discuss all necessary details and milestones. We then create a detailed technical design specification (TDS), which includes all technical requirements, the system architecture, measurement criteria for the process, and the conformance matrix. Finally, we ensure all project stakeholders fully understand the deliverables and timeframe.

DESIGN

Printed circuit board (PCB) design is a critical step affecting the entire system's performance and reliability. With great care we design the PCB layout, ensuring that even complex circuits are compact, reliable, and manufacturable - for the best signal integrity, minimal noise, and optimized heat dissipation.

Our specialty is the integration of power electronics into electrical heating systems. We bring the necessary experience: PTC heater control, industrial communication networks, and integration into customer-specific control & regulation systems.

SOFTWARE

What would hardware be without software? Thanks to our experience dealing with heating elements, we can ideally adapt the electronics to your application. We are happy to implement customer interfaces and protocols for you. Do you need additional device information or sensors for your smart application? Then we are the right partner!
